ABOUT

A multi-instrumentalist, TALEXAR has been involved in the world of cinema since her very first compositions. Inspired by her Mexican, French and Spanish origins, as well as her many travels, she loves experimenting with sound substance.

The mix of sounds, instruments and musical genres encourages her to create and explore all types of sonorities, enabling her to accompany a variety of narrative discourses, whether for live-action films or animation.

​

Based in Lyon, the city that gave birth to cinema, she has joined the Master of Music Applied to the Visual Arts (MAAAV), where she is perfecting her skills in composition and sound design. Concurretly, she is continuing her instrumental training in classical double bass and jazz trumpet at the Ecole Nationale de Musique de Villeurbanne.

Having already taken on the role of director for personal short films, TALEXAR fully understands the challenges of this position and knows how to put her communication skills to work for the film team.
